KNOXVILLE, Tennessee,
2002 June 10—CycloMedical Applications Group announces formation of an organization of experienced radiopharmaceutical executives to serve owners and operators of medical cyclotrons, especially facilities dedicated to the production of positron emitting radioisotopes such as F-18. It will also work with automated synthesis facilities producing and distributing F-18 FDG—the most widely used positron-emitting radiopharmaceutical in PET scanning.

The consulting services offered by the Company will range from short-term consultation to longer-term retainer arrangements and will cover assistance with regulatory agencies as well as cyclotron operation and FDG production problems.

Contract Management services range from full responsibility for a cyclotron/FDG production facility to a monitoring posture in support of an in-place management team.

James Lamb, President—Co-founder of GammaPlus, LLC. A pioneer in the development of the production process for F-18 FDG. Former Manager of R & D with P.E.T.Net Pharmaceutical Services and most recently General Manager of FDG production and distribution at three cyclotron facilities. Will Lepeska, Vice President of Business Development—A pioneer in the marketing and financing of nuclear medicine technology. Founder and President of Hospital Financial Corporation, a firm that originated the leasing of nuclear medicine equipment.
